The journal is shipped free of cost to all members/fellows of Indian Association of Clinical Medicine all over India and abroad. Likewise, all available issues are freely accessible online form the website of JIACM. No subscription is require for the same.

A fees of Rs 1000/- per issue is charged from institutional subscribers like colleges, libraries, institutes etc.
